We are a non-profit organization that connects underprivileged unemployed people to education, training, and employment opportunities. We were originally “Men on the Side of the Road”, as we catered to men who stood on the side of the road waiting and hoping to earn a day’s wage as a day labourer. As we grew, we revised our strategy to provide our services to all unemployed people to include women, youth, and men with experience in all trades.
